pmr-aip1-hero2Have you ever become frustrated pluging your phone in to charge all the time? Well, Powermat might be the solution for you! Powermat’s Case Receiver (£34.99) protects your iPhone 3G and allows you to charge your portable devices wirelessly (once they’re placed on one of these powermats priced at £69.99). The iPhone case also includes a pass-through micro-USB port to allow syncing without removing the powermat case. Apparently their latest iPhone case works with all existing Powermat mats, whilst a 3GS version is listed as coming soon.

£104 for the mat and case?

i think I’ll stick to pulgging it in via mains and/or USB

Yeah thats what I thought. I guess the more that are sold then the price will start to come down but I agree, the pricing structure is a bit steep for what you get. Considering its a bit of a gimmick.
